Welcome to my website

I am an Associate Professor in the School of Economics at The University of Queensland. I also serve as Deputy Director of Teaching and Learning in the School and am a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA).

My research lies at the intersection of microeconomic theory, political economy, and financial economics. I am particularly interested in how institutions influence strategic behaviour, collective decision-making, the aggregation of dispersed information, and economic outcomes in markets and society.

My work combines rigorous theoretical modelling with empirical and policy-oriented research.

Research Interest: Economic theory · Political economy and social choice · Financial economics · Experimental economics
